In this project, the creation of an Entity-Relationship model and a Relational model is carried out, to then implement it to the database manager: Microsoft SQL Server through Scripts, and also have examples of SQL queries.

This project emphasizes a descriptive analysis to observe the factors that affect house prices with the help of Jupyter Notebook and Python. In addition, a Linear Regression model is built with the help of the Scikit-learn library for the prediction of house prices.

This project begins with the analysis of the characteristics of customers regarding their online purchases, in order to observe the behavior and patterns of purchases. For data processing, we work with Spark and for the modeling of the Association Rules algorithm, with Spark's MLlib.
